Yeah I think SSD is better than Brazil. Or very comparable. And they’re not really the type of team that should scare us. They don’t shoot an outlier amount of 3s, their best player is a good Euroleague PF.
and looks like SSD is giving Serbia a game right now. Might be a tough one, Serbia doesn’t have much to play for while everything is on the line for SSD

Don’t think these are locked in yet. South Sudan would advance over Greece in a 3rd place spot if they lose by 1. Or if they win then they’re second in group C, and Serbia will advance over Greece assuming they don’t lose by 24 or more. And then the eight teams are split into four groups of two and there is a draw to determine the quarterfinals.
Correct. I was assuming a Serbia win by more than 1. Which was probably hasty but is still likely
but as for the draw I was correct in how those would go as they split them into pods of 2 and “draw” but you can’t draw a team from your group so it draws itself in many ways
If SSD wins then Germany will play Serbia and the rest would be a bit up in the air depending on how much they win by

I think you’re confusing average for median. I’ve posted DARKO links and screenshots like once a day for three years so I imagine you can figure out how to make that list yourself
Well…. Looks like this is a forum that wants Deutschland to win gold 
Serbia with a 31-6 advantage at the FT line.
I really can’t whether I use median, mean or average (and yes, I know what each means and the differences between them). Perhaps that’s because I don’t use DARKO as my sole means of evaluating how good a player is within the context of a team sport. Advanced stats matter. So too does watching games and being realistic. Watching actual games and concluding that Franz Wagner is merely a bit above average or median or mean is, well, certainly a take.

how many NBA players do you have really well-considered opinions on? I don’t have a good enough feel for how much pro ball you watch. I have much more of a picture of Franz than I do of other guys, because he played for the team I like so I follow him closely. but that also makes it hard for me to really evaluate him against the rest of the league because I don’t know the rest of the league. I know he’s exciting; I know he has a ton of potential; I know he got a max contract. but I have no idea where he sits in a current stackrank of how good every player is currently.

Meanwhile, you said I meant there are 150 guys better than him when I said no such thing and offered an explanation for why you might have said that.
Like, you want to say he’s 50th best rather than 80th? Okay, great, you’re saying the same thing I am bc sorting that list at that point is basically a jumble of guys some people like better than others.
