They’re so much better than any of their alternate attempts. The only bad thing is the gas station patch.
Still better than the white out most playoff crowds are doing. Bold bright colors are best tho. All Thunder blue would look great. Pacers yellow was dope.
Been some very fast double digit runs in this game.
Brunson really doesn’t care that Nembhard has a family
Rick Brunson worried Drew is soft.
I will admit that Brunson leaning into foul-grift game leaves me a bit cold
But the moment when he came back last night and the crowd went nuts (apparently anniversary to the day of Willis Reed) was awesome
Good night for Caris
Hardaway going off here too. Ten straight.
I loved Cason Wallace
TIMMAY with a huge 3!
Man this should be fun. Boston and OKC won in blowouts in game 1s, Dallas and Cleveland responded convincingly. Also cool to see Timmy and Caris go off
Pistons did.
Kleber out feels huge for Mavs series. Great game last night from PJ Washington but he will need to play 38 good minutes a game at least 3 more times for them to get past OKC.
Of course Luca feels like he is operating on strings and tape right now, so that could go haywire too.
But man, Hardaway can change a half.
This is a great series.
Exceptions that prove the rule
There are by my account 5 teams since those late 70’s Sonics that have one with fewer than three future HOF’ers
So if you want to bank on being one of the 11% of teams that finish in the top 3% (ie, #1, historically) have at it
Idk about that, Rasheed Wallace definitely was and Chauncey probably was at that point too. Then the rest of the starting 5 were all top 50 players.
This tweet from yesterday says a lot

Jokic is going get killed after this playoff but I bet 10+ years from now everyone is going be saying omg how did he win a title with that supporting cast.
Again, this is really hyperbolic. Players memories are shaped by their accomplishments more than their stat lines. If the Nuggets get their stuff together in this window for a second title and Murray roughly approximates last year, he’ll go the hall, no matter your personal investment in the fact he stinks.
I think pretending like last year’s team wasn’t a good roster really misses the point - we saw what Jokic did without Murray for nearly two years, it was markedly worse no matter his personal brilliance, I don’t see the point in staking out these extreme positions.
Talking about all star selections, especially in the west, is really misleading, and Haberstroh is a really pleasant guy on pods but sort of a dumb dumb, a major “nobody has ever scored 40 while it’s been 72 degrees in Botswana” kind of stat guy.
Talk about the accolades he hasn’t won, but he scored 22 ppg on 59% true shooting on 28% usage and a 3:1 assist turnover ratio. He’s VERY good, a top 30 player. Aaron Gordon is like 90% of Pistons Sheed. KCP and Porter are elite fit on this roster. Yeah, they’d stink without him because he’s the keystone keeping the whole thing up? If he wasn’t Jokic they wouldn’t have assembled this roster.
They are struggling against a team purpose built to stop THEM by the guy who built them!
Shai still should have won it.
Yeah, I mean there’s a reasonable case for it, sure. They’re both awesome.
only reason to give to SGA is voter fatigue
