Jett’s development will be pretty key for the Magic. his shooting would be a huge boon for them if he can learn the team parts of playing basketball

Magic have a ton of cap space. A scorer like Zach Lavine could be a good fit.

So frustrated w how little shooting this Magic team has. Franz needs to go track down Steph’s shot doctor.
I would hate to have Zach on a young team that I’m trying to get to a conference finals in the next 5 years tho.
Also agree that the Wolves would’ve been loving their situation even if they hadn’t won bc nothing they were doing felt unsustainable. Malone is going to have to get into the lab and figure some stuff out.
Saw Haralabos say they need to start screening w Gordon and getting him out of the dunker spot bc that puts Gobert near the rim and he’s good enough to play both.
Banchero has had zero help today.
Donovan Mitchell would be a nice add to this Magic team tho.

I think the Magic are dangerously close to default-rookie-extending themselves into a permanent 6-8th place team and they need to have some honest conversations with themselves about some of these young guys and what exactly they are

I’m not saying the answer to these is no. But not sold it’s yes either!

But you can’t pay all those guys, I don’t think. This current roster has a pretty hard ceiling
The Bulls are pretty desperate to unload Lavine and his contract.
I don’t think we really know what their ceiling is given how young they are.
Take DARKO as seriously as you want but I’d guess Cole is Not It, Black could be basically anything and Paolo/Suggs/Franz will probably max out below the top 15 in the league? But having 4 guys with at least some true star potential I wonder if you should actually expect one to be at least All NBA. I genuinely don’t know.
Isn’t Cole Anthony just basically a bench guard?
I’m also really suspicious of the validity of Suggs’ shooting
