Isn’t the characteristic Nuggets play of this era is to get the ball to Jokic and then have Murray run a series of handoffs and cuts off that?

Agreed. Kudos to Murray that he’s hitting…and MAN IS HE HITTING. But Jokic makes the game so much easier for Murray. Jokic creates so much space and room for Murray to cook and that’s before even talking about MPJ who requires a defender as close to him as possible at all times.
MPJ played well this series. Consistently played better than Murray even, though Murray stepped up big last night and late in G2.

Yeah…MPJ is such a problem when hes hitting. Always thought he had such a crazy skill set for someone that tall. Was a real shame we never really got to see him in College
MPJ has worked hard to become an elite 3 and D wing player. He was not that coming out of HS.

Great point! And if you watch the replay, Jokic had a wide open middy if Murray decided to pass it to him.
The Knicks are kinda fun.
Embiid has been terrible in the playoffs each of the past 3 seasons. Good in the regular season though!

Tyrese Maxey and Embiid are case in point as to why you need guards at the end.
If you’re a knicks fan I apologize. I 100% jinxed that.

How many leg days does Maxey do to be able to carry Embiid like this

Brunson is so good now
I mean Embiid has been pretty horrible and inefficient the last 3 playoffs. At some point you have to blame him.
