I hate Duke. But a Duke UNC Final 4 is by far the most entertaining outcome possible. Arkansas-UNC or Arkansas-Saint Peter’s would be one of the most boring Final 4s ever.

Only teams I won’t crying over winning are Houston, Villanova, and Kansas. I guess St. Peter’s too that would be wild but don’t see that as realistic
If St. Peters can beat Purdue and Kentucker, they can certainly beat these UNC and Duke teams.
Why are you happier with Kansas winning than Arkansas?

I just don’t like Arkansas. Can’t really explain. Sec? Coach that started when Juwan did? Something about them I don’t like. For me Kansas is a neutral blue blood though I’m sure a lot will disagree. Goes back to when I picked the Chalmers team to win and they beat the dirty Cal and Memphis squad in a classic
For me, a ways down on a list of why or why not to root for teams but still relevant….Blue bloods will stay blue bloods. Duke and Kentucky will recruit great most years pretty much regardless of on court performance.
No interest in programs ascending to a higher level that would affect us as we are often recruiting against them. The past cycle or two it felt like everyone listed Bama along with us. Happy to see them regress this year. Arkansas is that category for me. Zero interest in their program gaining more traction because it may affect Michigan even slightly…recruiting, staff hires, basically anything. We lose those battles to Duke and about 4-5 other programs because they are the foundation of the sport. No need to expand that list no matter how small the benefit may be for Arkansas as it relates to Michigan.
Similarly, I think a lot of programs feel that same way about Michigan as their sustained success and Juwan’s recruiting is making life more difficult for them.
I applied to UNC and have maintained an affection simply because they are Duke’s rival. That’s how deep the hate flows.
Yeah I haven’t liked Alabama for that reason and likely why I feel that way about Arkansas and maybe even post Roy UNC

I just saw a fast break in the Louisville vs Tennessee women’s game where Louisville had a 2-1 break. The girl gave it up and got it back for the absolutely uncontested layup. Two passes! Just the way we used to teach it, but the guys don’t do it that way anymore.

Both teams are 6 for 20, but just like against us, Nova has a 3 point and free throw advantage.
If this result holds I will be bitter. We should’ve beat these dudes with an average 2pt performance.
