I keep forgetting TCU Is a major conference team. They still feel like a Mountain West / WAC school to me, despite living in Big XII country for ten years.

I think there’s a gap after Paolo, JSJ, Chet and Ivey in some order. Top 4 is where you want to be but I would add Duren in the next tier because he has the talent to be just as good as the top tier.

Duren and Griffin aren’t too far behind some of those guys. I’d have them on par with Mathurin.
Yeah Mathurin is ridiculous. Also this TCU team may be cooked now.
Every player in the Big Ten is now that much safer.

Mathurin is pretty good. Similar to KCP but with more consistent shooting to me.
I haven’t been impressed with Griffin in the times I’ve seen him. But Duren would be in my Top 7.
I just really wish he’d fouled out, considering he committed at least 10 fouls during the game…

Impressed with TCU keeping it this close for this long, because Arizona is athletic, skilled, and looong. They seem like the real favorite at this point.
This is another problem with playing them in San Antonio; their fans travel well and they’d certainly travel to SA in numbers.

Should I stop watching this? TCU made one tiny run while I was watching, but it feels like they’re doing worse when I watch.
