Fluky one by UCONN, then the other two by Nova - the program that just does what most Big Ten coaches want to do (recruit to system and develop and execute) but better.
When a Big Ten team has elite talent, they usually do well in the tourney - OSU in 07 & 12, Michigan 2013, Wisconsin in 14&15, MSU with Cassius - but just can’t get over the hump.

Totally fine with either outcome. Cool to once again be the last B1G team standing, but a little company is ok too because it’s Purdue and none from the irritating group.

That plus Illini got unlucky with the tourney draw with KenPom top 10 teams in Loyola-Chicago and Houston. That being said, I’m not shedding tears for Illini though bc they were crying about Michigan winning B1G title.

The way Krutwig neturalized Kofi was a thing of a beauty. Kofi was just uncomfortable guarding in the high post or top of the key and they pulled him away from the rim so Loyola-Chicago can get there without Kofi altering their shot.

I didn’t realize Auburn has 2 primary rotation players above 60% true shooting (Jabari & Kessler, obvi) and then everybody else is at like 50 or worse. Hard to score the ball consistently like that.
