I like CBS adding “Head Coach - Duke” and “Head Coach - Michigan State” to the graphics there, under their names. Without that information, I would have had no idea who those two guys were or why they might be relevant.

I’m going to bet that Charles hasn’t seen 1 Sparty game this year. At least Clark corrected Charles, that Sparty needs to score on the fast break to have any chance. If Sparty has to rely on slowing it down and play through the half court, they are going down big time.

I haven’t been able to be super invested in CBB this year b/c of life work etc., but I’m in grad school saving $ living back at home with my parents. My parents are arguably the biggest UW fans of all time, so this season has been insufferable to say the least. I can’t over emphasize the joy I felt in Michigan winning last night, but the truest gift I could get would be a UW loss tonight. Anyone have thoughts on the outlook of the game? Don’t know anything about how these teams match up.
Additionally, I can’t explain to you the depths of martyrdom UW fans will forever express after the handshake line incident. My immediate reaction at the time was “why did it have to be Wisconsin”. They have lived up to my lowest expectations in every way.

Did you watch the post-game press conference?
I went back and watched the postgame conference on YouTube. In my opinion, it felt like the negativity and terseness in Underwood’s answer was more a carry-over in tone from his answers to the two previous questions and in response to the reporter asking such a question following his two previous answers, rather than commentary on Curbelo.
Who knows really, but those two…
Also, I know this is what the coaches sign up for, but I’m guessing there are often times they give an answer in a post-game press conference they maybe wish they could change later on. (Example: Juwan’s presser after the Wisconsin game…)

KenPom has it rated as a tossup. Wisconsin is absolutely a paper tiger. If they don’t have the fortune to get a Big Ten ref working their game tonight, ISU has a real shot.

I think the most important thing is to not get kicked out of the house. Just agree with everything that they say while possessing entirely different beliefs and ideas internally.

Can’t believe the ref’s didn’t call a jump or foul. The OSU guy was on the V guy trying to get the ball.

OSU’s defense not so hot today although Nova is a really good offensive team. They’re no slouch defensively but they’re “only” 30 there.

Unfortunately I was born defensive and also totally admit to being a homer so I took the bait every single time we got into it about the handshake thing. I feel strongly that a certain assistant coach whose name rhymes with Blabbensoft should have also been fined and you can’t imagine the reaction I got to that lol
