Others were saying it in another thread, but I also think that these very generic NCAA tourney decals in the middle of the floor help kill the sense of uniqueness about these venues. Of course, now the cameras are not sweeping the stands, either. . .

Fingers crossed but I’m in a huge Twitter pool and my “dream bracket” is alive and well. I have a few big upsets that need to go down and it has Michigan winning. Can we play peak hoops for two more weeks?

Arguably, we should have a thread for coaching searches. But for now I’m pretty sure this is where most of such conversation has taken place. This article affirms that Chris Beard is the primary candidate for the UT job, and quotes sources as saying that John Beilein is a candidate. Does NOT discuss him among its own candidate recommendations.
Beilein and Texas seems like a really bad fit to me

Arkansas is horrible on defense so far. So much miscommunication leaving players wide open
It is pretty crazy that such a low seeded mid major has two guys like Absmas and Obanor to run that pick and pop. It’s been virtually unstoppable.
