Based on the 2 games I have seen them play (vs. UM and vs. U of I tonight), I have no idea how Iowa has lost to anyone this year. I suppose the 1990 UNLV team might give them a run for their money.
Underdog has covered 6/8 games heading into the night session of the Quarterfinals.
And make that 7/9 now. Ouch.
Edit: Might be fitting that Carsen Edwards pushes off to get the last shot/miss of the game that would have won it for them.

I hope they make the NIT. I’d like the to see the AD come out in support of Miles like the Penn State AD did with Chambers. If Nebraska does part ways with Miles it’ll be interesting to see who they could get who would be better.
Nebraska had a nice little run in the tournament and sure gave Wiscy a scare yesterday, but as bad as they played over the last month of the season prior to their little tournament run, I think the handwriting may be on the wall for Tim Miles. Maybe if they win the NIT that handwriting could be erased?
The NIT has been known to save a few careers or certainly help them (see Amaker and Chambers).
