Thought DDJ did a lot of good point guard things in the 2nd half vs. Purdue. Think we haven’t seen it much because X monopolizes the time there.

Agreed. He’s not going to be as good a passing PG as X, but he showed tonight he can run an offense at a high level. If we get a guy like Christopher we can put multiple ball handlers on the floor, and what should be a better offensive team around DDJ will help as well.

By far the best he’s looked in that type of role. Doubled his previous career high in Assists and made kickouts on the PnR and hit the roll man

Yeah Purdue was, I thought, the best game I’ve seen DeJulius play. Hopefully we see more of it, and out default lineup when Livers isn’t on the floor is to play small.
I don’t know if he’s a PG, but I do know he’s a better PG than Brooks. So depending on what Zeb and/or JC are, then yeah that’ll be his role.

A lot of that was him just making the “easy” pass too. I don’t mean that as a criticism either. It was nice to see.
