I think I’m the only one who has faith in Davis. I understand it was an odd add with the roster at the time but I really think he will end up being a tough solid big with nice low post moves.

I agree with you sly. I think he’s going to be a slow play and should take the rs but I think he’s going to be a player that we’ll be happy with. I think he’s going to bring a mid range game for our 5 spot that will be a nice addition.

In CBB, height in the 1-3 is almost meaningless. As Dylan said, get the best guys out there.

It was a mistake to waste a year plus trying to make dj a center. He clearly has wing skills and looked MUCH more comfortable playing as a pf or “4” man.

I don’t think they really spent any time ‘trying to make DJ into a center’ as much as he wasn’t playing wing better than anyone else playing the wing and there was a bigger need at the five, so they gave him a shot there in spots.
