Yeah I’m not too concerned about filling the role. Saddi fulfilled the most important role on the coaching staff to help with the transition this year. Now, the staff at least is used to college basketball and the way things go at Michigan. They will be better prepared moving forward if Saddi happens to get a head coaching job.
I don’t think so. He’s said he wants a shot at a national championship. How many high-major schools are going to offer a job to a guy his age? Just my opinion though.

I know it was often said that the learning curve for a first-time coach is so steep, so that’s why having Martelli has been great. Presumably the value is greatest in Year 1 and declines after that?
It has definitely been rumored as a possibility. Would imagine that he’ll be a candidate.
