The Bonnies have a fantastic team. I watch every game as they are local-ish here. Their defense is legit and they have good guards and a big Defensive presence at Center

Sure, I donā€™t think itā€™s a fantastic draw though. LSU is 8 seed quality. Bonnies a 7 seed. FSU and Colorado are also both normal 4/5 seeds. Weā€™re lucky we didnā€™t get screwed anywhere but we arenā€™t really playing any overseeded teams or anything.

Iā€™m not thrilled about the LSU draw honestly. Smart, Watford and Thomas will all likely be drafted in the next draft. Their ceiling is very high. They donā€™t play great defense normally but their offense can go nuclear. Cam Thomas will be a tough cover on the perimeter and Smart will be too. Not having Livers to help check Watford with Franz could be problematic if Franz gets foul trouble. Not to mention Smith guarding Smart could be an issue as well. They matchup pretty well with Michigan and they are an awkward matchup for Michigan imo. Dickinson is an issue for them but other than that I think Iā€™d like the matchup if Iā€™m LSU.

They also give up a lot of three pointers. They have benefited insanely from 3 point luck defensively.

In reality their defense that is 125th shod be considerably lower lol.

LSU has talent but all year they seemed to under perform. Honestly the Bonnies can take them.
