NCAA proposes removing the “one-time” part of its transfer rule

It will be interesting to see how it plays out. I think that recruiting top-50, top-75 type talent would still be pretty important. Two and dones are one of the most valuable commodities in the sport right now.

The mid-major one-and-done who goes to a high major as a sophomore probably isn’t a pro, right? So meshing some of that top end talent is probably still a worthwhile venture.

Why have a four year cap at this point? Just call it what it is - minor league basketball

I’m not even morally opposed or offended

I’m just not clear what the product is supposed to be now that the artifice is stripped away.
