We are just not a very good team. We have some talent, but lack experience. Things needed to develop and come together by now and they haven’t. We just aren’t good enough.

Correct, especially late in games. I think we have give up leads in the last 5 or fewer minutes in most of our losses. Need a leader/go to guy.
