Dont know if true or not, but everyone else seems to post things that might not be reliable so there ya go!
The content of that post mirrors another set of intel (rivals user post) that seems like it was from last night. Totally conceivable something happened between last night and today that changes the game.
I wouldnât put it past Kentucky to leak information that might not be accurate to just create buzz around it, hoping it helps sway Brownâs thinking.
Iâm not saying Brown wonât choose Kentucky but I truly donât believe he is letting the info leak anywhere. He has been the anti 5 star recruit in that way throughout the entire process. Weeks ago it was Cal, UCLA for awhile, us, Kentucky, us, Kentucky. Keeping the âfavoriteâ changing keeps the story fresh. It keeps people hitting their links and following them on social media. He is the last big name left, there is no one left to discuss to draw people in.
Jaylen's account is FCH, the referenced account was FHC
Gotcha, second time that mistake has been made (temporarily). Seems right now thereâs more fake intel coming out than legitimate. Read with caution, my friends.
Intrigued by that UVA forum post and kudos to Sking for mining the deepest darkest corners of the basketball internet (I mean, I didnât even know that UVA had forums).
Doesnât seem like the most reliable source, but between Webb, the anonymous text, and the flurry of UK is leading reportsâŚI think it is safe to assume that something happened last night. Perhaps a call from Cal, a coming to Jesus moment from Jaylen that UK is the best place for him, or simply some misinformation to keep everyone on their heels, but something definitely happened.
@AaronsUKBBBlog Based on some interesting information I acquired, I have reason to believe that Jaylen Brown has chosen Kentucky.

If it turns out that Jaylen did commit to michigan last night only to change his mind shortly thereafterâthat would be a pretty tough loss. I realize the end result is the same as if he never committed to us in the first place, but I never really believed we had much of a chance with him. If it turns out that not only did we have a chance, but he actually committed for a minute, then that would not be cool.

Especially if it means we lost out on the opportunity for Williams.
If we end up losing Brown to UK I hope it wonât have a further chilling effect on recruiting top prospects.
If anything, hopefully the staff will put their heads together to figure out how they can close better on these guys. Weâre no Kentucky, fine, but at least we gotta set a medium-term goal of achieving recruiting parity with Izzo and Matta for goodness sakes â I think Beileinâs talent identification and development is better but he still doesnât secure his first or second choices nearly as often as those guys do .

I read on a UVA board Williams has a young kid in the VA area and that he wasnât going to go too far from there. We probably never had a real shot.
