Are pippen and Walter’s done for the year?
the year could be tomorrow
Pippen could be back soon I’d assume but no chance on Walters.
That whole situation is weird to me and I have a bad feeling he’s outta here. Could be totally wrong and it’s a serious injury but the whole thing was odd.
We could really use him and I’m pretty positive he would have played close to 20 minutes a few times this year. He wasn’t setting the nets on fire but he created way more space in his minutes and he would definitely chipped in 2 threes here and there which is desperately needed.
Let’s hope not. Got to contest those boards and pretend they’re Maryland.
I would guess that unless it’s a serious concussion that Pippen could return if we make the Sweet 16.
Would rather see Cason eat the minutes at this point for both of them.
I don’t necessarily disagree but also would be nice to get Pippen even a few minutes, to have some tourney experience going forward.
Did Walters have surgery / is he expected to?
Walters may be a figment of our imaginations. Does he exist? Does he not exist? I’m not sure anyone knows.
one thing i’m certain of is when someone’s out for months with a back injury, they’re usually ready to jump into a R32 game with absolutely no warning or practice beforehand
Yea, I mean all jokes asides, I’ve fully accepted none of us know what’s going on with Walters for next season. And guessing on it is just futile at this point. He’ll either be back or he won’t. Not sure what else is there is to say at this point
Lol I think we all know what’s happening with Walters next season. It’s just uncouth to say. Hope he’s healthy or gets healthy and has a wonderful career ahead of him.
I’d say it’s generally a bad sign when a guy is going to see his own doctors in the middle of the season.
If Pippen has been battling a concussion issue and hasn’t been traveling it’s possible he hasn’t been practicing either.
I don’t have a great feeling that Walters will return to play for us (it’s just a hunch)
I don’t think that is that uncommon of a hunch.
