This is a fun team. This year, I (we? speaking for many of us?) really needed it. Such a treat to watch.
Did Moe ever have 3?
I just found that he had 20 total blocks in his junior year so probably not.
Tonight just continues the trend. Every Wagner has had career nights when Momma Wagner is in the stands.
Just listened to Brooksâs post game interview. I almost felt like I was listening to Belien speaking. Brooks said that they needed to cut down on commiting 11 turnovers a game.
Was she there tonight? Asking for a friend. . .
Did you notice any extra brothers?
Cousins? Family friends? Dogs willing to exploit unknown loopholes in the rule book a la Air Bud?
Juwanâs smirk in the presser when they asked about putting Franz on Nance was great
Kenpom update:
Didnât move up, but thereâs now a chasm between us at 10 and #11. Offense up to 7th, defense up to 29th. Hunter Dickinson moves up from 10th in the national player of the year thing to 9th. Turnover rate improving bit by bit, now at 107th. Michigan is way out in first place in conference-only defensive efficiency despite playing the 7, 9, and 10 ranked offenses (impressive to me given that this does not include any of the bottom 4 offenses).
For those who use Reddit or twitter and interact with MSU fans, SOS is Michigan: 95 and MSU: 87.
And, perhaps most importantly, Michigan is solidly closer to the Illinois/Iowa/Wisconsin trio than it is to Rutgers and co. behind us. To the point where, even when just looking at the numbers, I think itâs safe to place Michigan in that top group.
Just want to amend this a smidge. I completely forgot that Nebraska was a Big Ten team (It was late). They are the worst offense in the league by far. So adjust the level of impressed that you are with that addition.
