This is like the 3rd time that we emptied the bench and the opponent randomly kept their rotation players in during blowouts. I don’t blame the team that was in at all lol

If we’ve learned nothing else tonight, it’s that Northwestern’s first team is much, much better than Michigan’s third team.
They’d really better hope that the top eight or nine rotation guys don’t all foul out of a close game.

I was watching Ant Wright’s stream, and he responded to a question by saying (paraphrasing), “No, everyone can come back. The NCAA said this year doesn’t count for eligibility. Smith can come back, Livers can come back. Davis can come back. Wisconsin’s starting five can come back for year nine.”

Correct. I think that teams run into scholarship limits down the line, but that’s true for this season, for all fall / winter sports (and probably the spring sports too, but I’m not sure it’s been announced yet).
Next year is going to be freaking fascinating. This year is already a treat, but after years of seeing the ranks depleted by early defections, I think we’re going to be watching some dizzyingly high-level basketball in the B1G.
