Why should it matter how old the vet is if they make mistakes all over the place though? Frankie hasnāt just been more explosive or quicker, heās been more reliable.

Plus, the preseason/recruiting knock on Frankie was his jumper. He shot 100% from the field tonight including a 3. Not saying thatās expected or sustainable beyond a three-shot sample size, but in the context of this game didnāt he demonstrate he was more playable than Jones tonight?

I didnāt say itās right, itās just an odd old school line of thinking a ton of nba coaches subscribe too. Itās a bad philosophy in my opinion but a ton of nba coaches have the philosophy.
