Yes, Maryland’s defense has been outstanding! Well, except for their inability to guard Nunez! Really, their defense is just smothering, they are rebounding well, getting in passing lanes, deflections, getting loose balls. I NEVER give up, but, seriously, if Maryland sustains this effort it’s gonna be a long second half. It happens. At least I can laugh at Turgeon and his nemesis, Adrien Nunez.

There are times I wish Teske would get mad and slam the ball in their face instead of trying to finesse.
Michigan opens with zone and then goes back to man. Looks like they are trying to play Livers on Jalen Smith and Teske on Donta Scott. Didn’t work all that well.

Yeah I wondered for awhile if maybe that was due to Livers being out. And it probably is a little, we might have won a few of those home losses with him. But there are plenty of other head scratchers. I think this team is a prime candidate for the 6-11 upset if we somehow get to that spot.
Really unfortunate that the team has gotten worse as Frank has gotten better. Could have been a dangerous team otherwise.
