Very true about Washington – Trice-like half for him. I thought A. Wesson’s shots have been open ones, I think, and he’s a pretty elite 3 point shooter.

OSU is without three of its rotation players and you would never know it. When we miss one of our top 8 it is a completely different team.

I agree lol. I can’t believe he called Castleton a “fantastic free throw shooter.” SMH
Edit: Upon review, Castleton is 22-27 on the season. Not what I expected!

Have a feeling Kaleb is going to go off in the 2nd half. Also, when did Andre get good. I remember rooting for him to have the ball in his hands. He’s grown into a really good player.

There’s some decent play by play guys, but color commentary is in a horrific place right now. Guys like Bilas and Dakich know basketball but tend to become insufferable in their many crusades, guys like Bonner and Bardo are outdone in basketball competency by BTN Student U, and the rest are either gimmick guys (Vitale, Walton, Raftery IMO) or completely mediocre. Robbie Hummel is good. Who else is out there?

We only have 11 scholarship players. I assume most every team we play has us beat in that respect.

Michigan was good on the defensive glass when he was on the court though. OSU got 4 offensive boards and two of them were over Colin and one was the final play of the half.

They played 7 man rotation and we used 9! Wow. And no foul trouble really.

I wouldn’t say that they are without 3 of their rotation. Young is the only guy missing who has really played. Carton sure but it doesn’t seem like he’s really coming back. Gaffney is a bit player.
Glad we are represented locally, but hope you didn’t have to pay for those seats man.

What does that have to do with anything? I suppose it’s something else to complain about but all that means is that they are deeper than us. Doesn’t even imply they’re better at full strength.
Agree. And while he is a little obnoxious at times, Bilas is vastly better than Dakich, who becomes more Vitale-like by the game.

I would never go there wearing maize and blue personally. Got assaulted at a Red Wings game as a Canucks fan so I’m cautious now lol
