Game 28: Wisconsin at Michigan Open Thread

OSU lighting it up early from three against Nebraska does not have me feeling all warm and fuzzy (I know Neb sucks but still…)

You know X will be up for @ that team down south. I hope the others would be too. That includes Big Jon who’s from that state down under also.

The key words in your post are the 8th and 9th words.

It was definitely one of those “How are we still in this game?” type of nights. Except for X’s finishing everything seemed to go wrong and Trice was draining heroball threes.

Hahaha well played :joy:

X was amazing. 32 points and … did he take a single shot from outside the paint? I can’t recall one.

Crowds that wait for something to cheer for are BS

He made a three early. Everything else was in the paint I believe.

Ah – I missed the first 5 minutes of the game.

Sixth seed in NCAAS would be a blessing in disguise. IMO

I was just texting with a UM friend - I’m not kidding, I think I could name 20 different things that we’re massively annoying about tonight’s game - and yet somehow we had a chance at the end, which is pretty crazy. Johns makes both of those, I mean, wow.

They were dead from the start. Crowd should start relentlessly loud and build from there.

Bingo, I was really hope to pad the resume too but when you analyze the game that was probably as good as Wisconsin can hope to play ( and it was impressive) and with out Eli, livers hobbled ( worst game I can pretty much remember of his) and we still win if we don’t miss five point blank layups or hit the free throws late.

It actually boosted my confidence surprisingly. It shows just how dangerous we are.

With a few hooks outside the key sprinkled in.

Yeah, everything within 10 feet besides that opening three

If you keep thowing shade, at least subscribe. House rules.

Unfortunately it seems like we don’t do well when X is aggressively looking for his shot. It seems to mean that nothing else is working.

I’m a top shelf fan with a massive voice. As a fan, I have one thing in my control, and I will do what needs to be done.

That’s ridiculous. Fans should lift the players not vice versa.

It’s not that we don’t do well when X is aggressively looking for his shot. It’s that we aren’t doing well so X starts looking aggressively for his shot.
