I really donāt see how itās so hard conceive that Bajema might be worse than Baird. I think it is because Baird is a āformerā manager. People hear the word manager and think we are literally sending a manager out there. He is an actual player who is fully developed. We are probably better with him on the floor than Bajema who is still very raw.
