They really only have 9 playable guys that’s not good
This 7 point deficit feels like 15.
I actually have been ok with Frankie.
This is a really bad loss.
I can’t believe this just happened
As others have said… Unbelievably bad coaching decision to wait that long on a timeout. No real excuse for it
Chances Hunter and/or Moussa foul out on an offensive foul
I believe the current run is 25-7
Must win game and an emerging Houstan sits on the bench for Bufkin in crunch time because Houstan made a couple mistakes? Houstan made 100x more mistakes earlier in the year and was clocking in 38 minutes per game.
Edit: Okay, he checked back in.
Defense needs to step up. Need stops to help ourselves out
I’m sorry at a certain point whether they’re magic or not, you’ve got to give that a shot
Well it’s either try something or lose! They don’t roll over to the next game surprisingly enough!
I don’t this game about being soft. I see it about not getting shots and not making shots.
Looks like this is the game that proves we’re still the same team that botched the first 2 months. Prove me wrong
It just feels like Collins could tell his team that all they needed to do was keep putting the pressure on us and we’d fold. That’s very upsetting.
Lot of time left guys. We’ve got this game still. Get the starters in, and we’ve got this
The idea that timeouts somehow change the flow of the game has been debunked time and time again. Calling a timeout, by itself, is no more effective than making sure not to sit on the one curséd chair. (Calling a timeout to put Hunter back in, fine, but what are the odds he can finish the game on the floor, the way the whistles are coming?)
Michigan isn’t losing because Coach Howard hasn’t called timeouts. They’re losing because it’s still the case that nearly 25% of their points came in a single three-minute spurt. They’ve been awful on offense, timeouts or not.
I just can’t believe we have like 5 offensive possession fouls. That’s 5 more turnovers.
Game changed as soon as Diabate picked up his 4th foul. Team fell apart after that
Those are included in the turnover count.
Yes it’s not the magic of it being a timeout. It’s the “magic” of the opportunity to directly coach your team and make some sort of strategic change.
Play it again, DJ
