Brooks does shell up a lot. So I can see the criticism there. But he does have a quiet confidence about him. He reminds me a lot of maar. Can play downright dirty if you push him enough
That was the epitome of a hot take–ill considered, negative, proved wrong almost instantly. Just waiting that split second to make sure a post is a good idea. . . rarely a mistake.

Or you know, don’t start acting like the sky is falling whenever Michigan is down by 8+ points. It’s easy to just not spew pessimistic statements all the time. I just don’t get how we see people jumping at their keyboards to trash their own team at the slightest sign of anything negative.

I like DeJulius when he’s not taking long 2’s. He’s coming on strong.
I fist pumped when Nunez hit the three. He believed in himself when no one else did. I guess that’s part of the equation that gets you from nowhere to a full ride to a school like Michigan.

Or it’s just a prediction of what you can reasonably expect to happen based on the evidence? We ran the clock down when Iowa had four fouls to give. Iowa used a foul with 4 seconds left and still had 3 fouls to give. Dave made a great play in conjunction with Iowa absolutely blowing their coach’s clear defensive plan.

Even with Simpson back his half, Juwan needs to be quick to put DDJ back in. Don’t play into Iowa’s hands big for big (with Teske and Davis together). Make them play to you. See if Kreiner can defend Franz on the perimeter. Let’s get our best 5 out there

Alright. This is a somewhat winnable game. We have 6 playable players. They need to play as much as possible. 1 of Castleton/Davis and Nunez can’t see the floor.

Some people on this forum act and speak like Brooks is garbage. He is a sound player and good teammate. Really their issue must be with coaching because slamming Brooks does not make since.

It would be a pretty big divergence from Juwan’s normal strategy to bring Dave in before the 9-11 minute mark. Has he come in before then in any game so far this year?
