The best defensive team in the big ten thank you very much.
I know they’re supposed to keep neutral fans interested in the game, but yeah.
Have Franz and Livers played this entire half?
Maybe. But to be fair to Lou Henson and Stephen Bardo, their team at that time was nicknamed the “Flying Illini” for a reason. A lot of those two point better shots were of the tomahawk dunk variety and may have included an old school and-one chance at three points.
“The team was so athletic that they could “run and alley-oop” baskets using even the non-starting players, and a record number of 100+ game scores reflected this fact.”
The final four victory in 1989 by Michigan over Illinois is an all-time classic U of M victory.
Man these unforced turnovers are annoying
Ok Mike wake up
I think Bardo just needs to hear himself. Like he thinks every single play requires a take from him, regardless of how unnecessary that take is.
2 bad plays for Ivey tonight for every good play
This has been ridiculous 3 possessions
You may not like it, but these past 4 possessions are what peak B1G basketball look like
Finally!!! Hunter!!!
Hard fought game. I think the youngsters are tired
I wish Hunter mowed down Higgins
Almost all of his takes are unnecessary.
HD truck sticking a ref after an and one to secure a road win is like 7th on my list of favorite HD moments this year. What a season!
Hunter and Franz struggling, turning the ball over, and a frustrating whistle, yet Michigan has been in control all night. I’ll take it.
At least somebody hit that ref.
Go head Zay!
That was the most obvious Livers post-up fadeaway of all time
I have no sympathy. He should have passed the ball. My guess is they work on 3 on 2/2 on 1 literally everyday in practice. Easy two points. I LOVE Franz but he shoulda passed the ball!
