Thought we might see DDJ for Simpson, but I agree with Brooks.
Everyone non-Teske and I have terrible fears of him getting in foul trouble that game. Even Teskeâs been beat a few times in the post today and these guys are like 1/20th of Wessonâs nice array of moves this year. But that OSU game, it seems like itâs going to be a real race to see who gets in foul trouble first - Wesson or Teske. And the non-Teske guys look like theyâll get eaten alive by Wesson.
He can only do that going one direction, right?
It isnât really about Livers stopping Wesson one-on-one, the question is whether Wesson can defend a pick-and-pop and whether Livers is making open threes.
This is going over 129.5 for sure. Unfortunately for me
Livers, Brazdeikis, even a double - I watched a few more minutes of Wesson today and heâs making shots in the post from all sorts of crazy angles. Heâs a load with the full YMCA game and he popped out at least once today. Iâm concerned that theyâre playing at a much higher level than us the last three weeks.
Are we ignoring their 2 point win over bucknell?
Iâve caught them in dribs and drabs - the extended time Iâve watched them, Wesson looks for real and they are so much deeper than us. It was fun to see Bucknell push them, but that game only tightened late, I think. I also canât ignore the trouble weâve had with them over the years.
That was Iggyâs man.
My point is just that how a Princeton offense team with two 6-7 posts plays against Michigan will look completely different than a prodding center like Wesson. Situations arenât really comparable.
Time for subs. Whoâs it gonna be?
Youâre counting on more help, is what youâre saying?
Iâm just watching how guys are going for ball and shoulder fakes and dips and Wesson has that full arsenal and our guys arenât looking as stout against that stuff as I thought they did during the early stretch. I was pleasantly surprised by Iggyâs post defense, for example, and thatâs taken a step backward.
Wow, that was a sick pick by Z
CM seems to be commandeering the offense a bit this halfâŚ
