So when Michigan gets layups blocked, we want them to go up strong. Now that we can’t dunk, we want to try layups in traffic against athletic bigs? Am I missing something?

I’ll also be curious if Howard starts DDJ to open the second half. (Not a slight on Franz, but DDJ needs to be out there this game.)
You forgot nothing from Teske either. Other than DeJulius, who’s playing well? Still think we can turn it around though…
It’s not nearly as tough as a double pump dunk. If he misses the lay up so be it but that double pump dunk is rarified air.
I’m in favor of following Mitch’s gameplan.

Yeah I’ll take that mindset even with the misses. Doesn’t bother me really just wish one or two obviously went down.

Somebody needs to beat him out. I could care less about ceiling. Play the 3-guard lineup until you can’t anymore.
It’ll be REAL nice if Michigan can win the first four minutes.
DDJ is clearly our best offensive player. Hope Juwan realizes this.
I think they’ll settle in. Somebody has to see some shots go through though besides David. I actually liked what johns did besides the strip on the double team. He kept a lot of plays alive and was working. His confidence is going up. Hopefully he has some face up threes in him today.
Michigan’s best moments (other than missed dunks) came in transition. Key to second half is grabbing clean defensive boards (and steals) and turning them into early offense.

I wouldn’t go that far but he’s key to making this thing churn. Z, Eli, David, livers, and teske is our best offensive lineup consistently. Since offense is what has been letting us down so far in our losses, I say stick with that as your main group,
