It’s a little like Ann Arbor – parking seems to be readily available at businesses near the stadium. I saw several lots for $30-40 on Saturday west of Missouri, which runs along the west side of Lucas Oil.
If you’d prefer to have it in advance, ParkWhiz is the “official” app for the Colts, and I ended up parking a five-minute walk from the entrance for like $55.
I used parkwhiz for ExpressPark on Pennsylvania. Was $25 for a 24hr block and about a 15 min. walk (which you can knock out 10 in skyways if it’s cold.
Was there Saturday and prepaid for the large lot on 650 S West on ParkWhiz for $50 but noticed a few small lots on McCarty between Missouri and West for $40 cash.
I love Ticketmaster. Decided to list my ticket there to reduce the financial sting if I were to upgrade a bit. Overshot on the price, so I went in to edit it. Ticketmaster has decided I’m some sort of 1337 HaXX0r for being logged into my laptop with a VPN whilst on my phone without one, and they’ve blocked my account for the last hour so I can’t adjust my ticket price. Good job costing yourself your 30% cut, Ticketmaster.
Ticketmaster is the worst. I should have waited to buy. Prices in the lower part are coming down. Could have gotten my same seats for less than $800 now.
Decided late last night that there might never be another chance to go see such an amazing team in a national championship that is only 2.5 hr drive away. Bought tickets and am taking my brother; I hesitated on going to the Rose Bowl and natty in Houston a few years ago for fear of being there for a loss, but eff-it, can’t live in fear like that. We’re going to the game, and we’re gonna win!
I didn’t see this post before now…it makes me wish I had tried to sneak onto the court after everything to snag a handful of confetti. Anyone try for that?
Sneaking onto the court would definitely not have been possible. There’s lax security and then there’s that. The confetti flew into the stands, though; you wouldn’t have needed to get onto the court to get it. But based on what @ReegsShannon is saying, I guess you’d have needed to get down and find an empty seat before they started paying attention.
We did have three UConn fans come and sit down in the middle of our row at halftime. There were two empty seats, but once the last person returned we had to ask them to leave. (They were fine; and I didn’t mind sliding down the one seat to accommodate them for a few minutes, but really they got a little greedy hoping for three. )
I’m sick as well but I was not sleeping well. Nothing too bad, just a cough and very tired still. Totally worth it. My son is totally fine but slept better.
