I haven’t been able to see all the games, in particular the one where Poole had a great game, but in the ones that I have seen, it seems to me that he often seems to get the ball with 7 to 10 seconds to go as if he is the last shot option-creator option. Many times he rises for a jump shot about 2 feet behind the arc after 3 or 4 seconds. Unsurprisingly, he seems to miss a very high percentage of these shots because they are difficult to make. Nor is it easy for someone (even someone as talented as he is) to drive against sagging defense and create. My interpretation of this is that M is giving Poole experience in these situations and that he is working on it. Am I seeing something or just imagining that I am seeing something?

Good to see some of the clips for learning purposes which I’m certain the staff brought to the players attention. Good all around stuff.

I’m loving these breakdowns. Thank you!
