Exciting! And it definitely could be semantics…I mean Michigan saying “we’ll give you a ‘commit-able’ offer when you visit” is not much different from “you cannot commit to this offer until you visit”. Or maybe he visited without anyone knowing? Probably not.
Bleacher Report confirms offer…I generally take BR with a grain of salt though.
