Yes exactly what they should’ve been running the whole quarter and it took JB the 2nd to last possession of the game. Cade and Schroeder operated beautifully.

Well, as a pure bandwagon fan now (was a diehard 20 years ago, but lapsed hard during the years of losing) who turned it on with 3 minutes left … I was entertained.

Cade was awesome. Duren was good at rebounding and defense. Schroeder was a good pickup for them and did his job. Rough game for just about everyone else.
But that was the same for the Knicks. KAT had a good first quarter and then was invisible. Brunson did everything.
Road win when you shoot 22% from three on largely open threes is massive

If you told me no Stewart and Beasley and THJ combine for 1-14 from deep, I’d have expected a blowout. But they lost game 1 when they shot 47% from deep as a team. Go figure.
Cade was awesome. High turnovers but that’s just a given with the makeup of this team. Duren stepped up tonight and Schroeder was huge.
Ausur doing his best on defense and I like what he’s able to do. But when he gets the ball, you might as well just end the possession.
