I get what you’re saying but I would guess that Blake Griffin practiced jumping over a car before he did it in the Dunk Contest. Same with Aaron Gordon and the Orlando mascot on the hover board. Maybe Mac has more time but these guys do have some time that they’re working on and practicing ideas.

Well to be fair Mac’s first and second dunk were the same, it’s just that in the first one the guy was in the sunroof of a car and in the second he was standing up

So in exchange for giving up 1 useful but injury prone player (currently healthy)on an expiring deal
you eat 1 extra season of an injury prone completely cooked player at a similar salary
and for your trouble get a late first and a young player you can extend who doesn’t suck (have we mentioned that the Bulls forward room right now consists of Matas Buzelis and shattered dreams?)

This deal would’ve accomplished all of the goals AK has either explicitly or implicitly suggested he has in the last two years for this team. And he chose to extend Lonzo instead.
He is much, much dumber than I ever realized.
