I hope he didn’t pay the NCAA back yet

‪What did Wiseman have to gain by playing college ball anyway? He came into the season as the likely #1 pick so playing college ball could only hurt his stock or result in an injury.‬

Garland played what 4 games last year at Vandy and was a top 5 pick. Probably helped that he didn’t play on that crappy team.

You lost me at the crappy team part.

Auburn vs nc st tonight. I really like Auburn this year, along with Baylor they are in my final 4 dark horses. If you haven’t seen them flip them on. They’re a top 8 team for me right now.

Who is back from that auburn F4 team last year?

Can they be final four darkhorses if they’re both ranked top 12

A group of five seniors that were juniors last year. Doughty, Purifoy, McLemore, McCormick, Wiley. And then Isaac Okoro is a really good freshman forward. I was very skeptical of them early but they have looked nice so far

They’re ranked fairly high but who have you heard people predicting them to get there? I’d be willing to bet Michigan st, Florida, and even someone like Unc when coles back would get more picks from the national media.

I guess I also want credit or to get some type of props for being on their wagon early.

Pretty impressive if they are a final four caliber team even after losing their best 3 players in Brown, Okeke and Harper. I haven’t watched them yet this year. Pearl is a snake, but he’s a good coach

If anyone picks Florida or UNC to make a deep run they should be smacked, but you may be right about the national media.

FWIW I was also on the Baylor bandwagon preseason. Have receipts that show them as my sleeper pick to make a deep tournament run.

Thought this was interesting. Maybe the “down” year NCAA-wide will be a trend going forward if underclassmen keep declaring early just to end up in the G league or worse…

And I think it’s an example of how the one and done rule ending wouldn’t “ruin” college sports. There’s no elite team, yes. But to me the season has been fun as hell with all the chaos.

“Down year” is definitelty a matter of perspective. Is talent down? Sure. However, personally I don’t think it’s a down year from a fan perspective. It’s actually pretty exciting knowing anyone can win it and already anticipating more “Madness” in March.

You rounded down to get to that number. Very polite of you.

I like the commitment video, and the choice of #24.

Really, I only need three or four.

You know I still think Florida could be dangerous and unc. Call me stubborn but… maybe if Anthony is healthy late they get it together

Florida has totally underachieved but I’m not totally bailing on them,

The problem with Florida, which has been consistently the case under White, is their offense always sucks.

Not sure Cole Anthony will play another college game. Why should he?
