What ever happened to the state of Iowa (I think) Top 50 maybe higher PG who UM (Howard or Beilein?) heavily recruited but who committed to OSU and then had a freshman year beset w trouble and maybe mental health or family issues and transferred out?
I donāt know why I thought of him. I guess it is portal season so all players are fair game. Anyway probably not a fit as a pretty pure PG.
Hope things turned around for him. He was a very impressive player as a recruit.
DJ Carton. he transferred to Marquette, had a good season, and is now in the G League

Carton would have been great at Mich after a one-year apprenticeship behind X. I guess maybe thereās a battle between him and DDJ but I was pretty confident Carton would manage it.
