Was there every anything out there on what other schools reached out to him?

Good for coach Wright. Has had a ton of success, made of lot of money, and now gets to enjoy a sweet retired life.

It does seem like coaching in college basketball and football is evolving more and more into a young(er) manā€™s game.

If BJJ pretends we are Nebraska and lights us up, I am not sure how I will feel. Wish the young man lots of success but would be a head scratcher to have it happen against Michigan.

I know the consensus is Juwan knows everybody but I wonder if there is any connection between him and the VCU staff. Could just be ironic that both Zeb and BJJ ended up there but stillā€¦ interesting.

UMKC was a pretty good this past season (19-12, 12-6) so I canā€™t imagine itā€™s a firing.

I wouldnā€™t be surprised if heā€™s going to make more as an ACC assistant than he was as the head man of a Summit team. An article I found said his salary at UMKC was $350K a year.

Brad Brownell is the Mike White of the ACC. just an unbelievably garbage coach.

Beilein was not going to retain Donlon until they made that run, they did not get along. He left for Northwestern anyway later in the summer.

honestly, though, iā€™ll still always be grateful to him for making beilein realize he could have a good defense as long as he 100% outsourced it. yaklich was one of the coolest stories of my time watching michigan basketball

Brad Brownell is considerably worse than Mike White. Clemson fans have wanted him to be fired for literally 5 years. The one S16 appearance bought him 5 more years
