JB is a long way from Ann Arbor
TT was upset about Sextonâs play. I think Beilein said something about getting back on D and TT just triggered by the situation and nothing more than passingly upset with Beilein (probably actually upset w Sexton)
Yeah TT has come out in support of JB
Yeah best to remember that sometimes people just yell at each other during a game without their being simmering resentment.
Optics arenât good given the timing of the other story though. Also, TT was benched for the rest of the game so clearly Beilein wasnât thrilled about it.
I did hear that TT was being supportive and cheering on the bench though so he probably regretted what he did.
Everyoneâs going to seize on these incidents now, but thereâs way too little evidence that that little exchange of words spells doom for John or the Cavs.
Just an FYI, this happens a LOT more than youâd think at the NBA level. Just not that frequently caught clearly on tape.
Dozens of people spontaneously combust each year. Itâs just not really widely reported.
Luke Kennard has gone at the Pistons staff in the past and Casey is considered a players coach.
I know. The main point isnât that this is an indictment on JB or anything. The point is that this doesnât really happen in college. At least not in a game public setting. Hence âJB is a long way from Ann Arborâ. This is the stuff he now has to deal with. Players rule the roost in the NBA and a lot of them donât have a lot of respect for coaches.
There was the episode with Manny Harris at Iowa.
JB still struggling to connect with his players it appears
I donât think Beilein needs to connect with a guy who has never made that playoffs without Lebron that wants to act like a diva. Thatâs a bad look for Love. If there was any market for him at all theyâd have moved him already.
JB looks so odd with a sport coat on. Thatâs just not him.
Kevin Love is a loser.
I guess this attitude didnât last too longâŚ
Itâs amazing how disrespectful some of these guys are.
Love is an embarrassment
