and again a weird studio takes
I’m glad the score determines who wins and not the halftime show because if I only watched that I’d think we were down 10+.
Big Mean Juwan Howard is going to beat me up if I say something wrong.
Both teams with good quality shots that rimmed in & out. Refs let players play for most part (tip o the cap Johns). Need those shots to go down for us, guard the 3-point shot better. And force feed Johns when Ahrens guards him
Book report without reading the book vibes.
Going from Beilein as halftime analyst to … that is certainly a jarring change.
“In conclusion, Juwan Howard is a land of contrasts.”
These Capital One March Madness commercials were clever a few years ago, but I think they’ve run their course. (Although they’re still better than the Wendy’s Reggie Miller commercial).
I love the Big network guys
What did Seth Davis say? I’m not watching
Lanny Davis gets under my skin
EJ Liddell is probably going to play >14 minutes in the 2nd half and probably going to shoot better than 2-of-7 which means U-M needs to find some offensive spark.
Someone other than Franz Wagner needs to make threes. Usually that would be Livers. Needs to be Eli or Chuandee.
@umhoops am I wrong in remembering that Chaundee was a bit of a midrange merchant at Wake? Surprised he doesnt seem like more of a natural when it comes to attacking down hill and finishing in the in-between?
I have a lifetime of frustration with respect for Michigan Basketball by national press. Seems like we have to prove ourselves over and over again to get any positive coverage. We won the regular season crown of the undisputed best conference in the country. Yet the narrative seems to remain about our shortcomings or weaknesses.
First second half in awhile (it seems at least) when fouls for Hunter have not been a concern.
Seth. His Dad Lanny spends his time representing Dictators.
Intentional
Fearing Liddell could take over this half - he was quiet
Holtmann dialed up a nice play there
Shooters…wide open
