In the heat of the moment one says “I will F**** Kill you”, if this is considered a death threat? Imagine if he had said " I will F*** U up" it would be considered a rape threat??

I had a friend who was a hard-core Dookie. He said that, pre-game, they used to pass out chant sheets in the student section. The last line was always, “No profanity! We’re not Maryland.”

Just turned on the volume on the Purdue / OSU game, and apparently Kyle Young took an elbow to the head and is out. It’s been a bad couple of weeks for his head.

Howard should’ve clearly taken the path of other Big Ten coaches who’ve come by their jobs more honorably. Instead of being a high school and college star, then having a 20 year NBA career, he really should’ve gone to Hillsdale to ride the bench before spending 10 years clipping up video. Then he should’ve sat three seats away from Bo Ryan for another 10 years. Or better yet, he should’ve just had a famous daddy head coach. Only then will Juwan have proved his mettle.

Exactly Aherm ! These long time college coaches are seeing their world change. One and done, guys going directly to the G bypassing college, and former pro players becoming college coaches.
I still can’t get over the “I got 34 years in this business”. As an old timer, I can tell you these kind of statements mean absolutely nothing. Juwan is 48 for peets sake.

Oh, I know who that is now. Real unbiased guy. His take on the Hunter brouhaha earlier this year was whiny and pathetic. That guy’s not a journalist, he’s a sad Maryland fan. Masquerading as a journalist.

Mark Turgeon: “grrrrrrrrr ruff ruff grrrrrrrrrr ruff!” (and other dog-like barking noises)
Juwan Howard: “Mark what are you doing”
Mark Turgeon: *pants like a dog
Juwan Howard: “good boy”
I have no clue why nobody is reporting this as the absolute truth, and it’s honestly quite embarrassing that neither coach admitted to the exchange.
