Reading between the lines. Iām guessing Turgeon went to the league about the shots Morsell took to the face in the first two games and then thought Eliās elbow was another dirty play (none of them were dirty.)
Howard was probably sticking up for Eli and then it went from there.

I donāt understand why youād be upset? Like it clearly wasnāt intentional. In that scenario does the Turgeon want the league to punish Michigan because Morsell got hurt by an inadvertent elbow?

Good take. I like his chirping. Juwan Howard doesnāt need to be decorous. The Fab Five aroused feelings of antipathy in some communities, and Iām happy if an upstart Juwan does as a coach as well.

Yeah I bet Turgeon was mad aout the elbows from the previous game which were totally incidental, then mad about the Eli play which was all on Morsell. Basically like the play where Manny hit that doofus Purdue player in the face cause he was sticking his head in Mannyās grill

Juwan was a High School All American, played in two final fours, was an NBA All Star playing in āthe leagueā for 19 years, and has now coached, is it for six or eight years, so whatās your point Mark?
