What impressed me, and always has, is that no matter what, he works really hard on defense, and he plays it really pretty well. I though his defense was outstanding yesterday.
But, yes he was hunting shots a bit. I would guess that’s what he does on the scout team, so if he keeps getting more confidence with his shot, watch out! He’s a good passer, decent handle, really pretty savvy player. A confident Eli has a really important role on this team.
