Letās put it in this way. If you only watch Simpson when he plays against Winston, he wouldnāt even come close to getting any votes. And I know he played better in every other game throughout the year but thatās what many people saw. Davis can light it up, averaged 26 ppg while shooting 38% from 3. I know the Horizon isnāt the Big Ten but he deserves to be on the list.
Last year thatās true. The year before, X dominated the matchup.

Come on, his eFG% was 50%, which is garbage, on a bad team in a bad league, on a team that had 5 more offensive possessions a game. People shit on Lamar Stevens for a reason.

And thatās a fair argument, for the same reason why people blasted Jordan Poole last year his percentages. He HAS to take tough shots because he has the ball at the end of every shot clock.

For what itās worth odds were just posted on the site I use and as down on Michigan as some media is and maybe some here ( not in many top 25s if at all) Michigan was at 15-1 to win it all. Overall tied for ninth lowest odds with nova and second lowest in the big ten.
Getting some respect by odds makers still. I thought theyād be much higher.
