Front court hockey shifts would be funny

I love seeing those low assist numbers

I mean I’m neutral on Hawkins but the 4 TOs against a D2 team would be more concerning to me than the rest of the stats are supposed to excite me. Can probably fit that box score to fit whatever narrative your prefer

15 AST on 32 FG doesn’t really feel low to me

Here’s how the Purdue scrimmage went:

Highlight:

Robert Phinisee, who attended McCutcheon and started his career at Indiana, played 27 minutes for the Bearcats. Phinisee scored one point and went 0 of 1 from 3-point range.

:joy:

I think Edey is going to have a special year. Watched him play for Canada FIBA qualifying he looks better conditioned. Block a shot run the court in transition and dunk. Did this twice in 90 seconds. Probably a 30mpg guy now.

Rutgers up 6 at the half vs Fairfield. McConnell is out.

Didn’t find any live stats on the Rutgers site, but Fairfield has live stats on their site.

Omoruyi went 1-2 from three. Would be an interesting development if that holds true.

Looking forward to Big Ten fans wondering how the heck Geo Baker is back for a sixth year. Derek Simpson has his #0 and kinda looks and plays a similar way.

Andy Katz put him as a top 10 player in the country because of this.

Wisconsin dominated in its exhibition but not sure this box really answers many Qs for me:

Neath barely getting PT is at least something cause he’s awful. Most random transfer ever

Honestly Kimari McGee might be even more random. Unrated HS prospect, wildly inefficient freshman season for a 5-25 team… transfers up to Wisconsin.

He’s also a cheap shot artist.

I would expect Crowl post ups to be a major part of the offense

I don’t know why you’d need to be so specific there. You can just call him a Wisconsin Badger and the point would be made already.

You guys were inspired by Chucky Hepburn’s 1 for 6 shooting, 1 assist performance?

1-of-9, not 1-of-6.*
