Big Ten Basketball 2022-23 Discussion

Not going to say that Wahl makes them worse, but it sort of caps how much better they can be IMO. He’s pretty limited as a 20% usage guy.

Exactly. They need him cause the players behind him are equally as bad on offense and worse on defense(Michigan didn’t even guard Gilmore), but if he’s around putting up a 90 ORTG on 22% USG then their offense won’t be better than pretty bad.

If remaining B1G games go chalk besides a Michigan win over Illinois, then Michigan would be the 4 facing winner of Rutgers vs. OSU/PSU. That seems like the ideal draw. That’s also a pretty unlikely scenario cause if you change about any game it moves everything around due to all the tie breakers

Geez, in the hospital overnight doesn’t sound good. Hope he’s okay.

No context to support this lol but I take that as a backhanded compliment. They’re the most talented team in the league… but you’d be surprised because their record doesn’t show it.

That sounds frightening. Hope the kid’s allright.

Brad giving Michigan the Lou Holtz treatment.

“How could we possibly beat these guys?! They’re immensely talented and so good. We’ll just be happy to be on the same court as them! Anything better than a 30-point loss is a win by me.”

I mean it sounds like they had some kind of effed up party and one kid got sent to the hospital. But maybe they’re not related? Just a weird weird situation.

I think the caffeine poisoning and Epps thing are unrelated but it’s all very confusing lol

To be fair, Mayer does have the look of the guy that would drink 5 Monsters while playing video games
