I know this will not go over well, here, but right now Michigan State is the best team in the B1G. For me, I’m gonna give 'em credit. Awesome performance by a team we all love to hate against another team most of us also dislike intensely!

People are getting a lot of mileage out of this idea that Kobe’s shot was a prayer. This wasn’t an Ben Brust halfcourt heave, just a normal three where he happened to bobble the pass just before.
Also, a 3-point deficit with 2 minutes to go isn’t some insurmountable hill to climb.

Should be reprimanded by the B1G. Ridiculous. It was nice that one of his players and a young assistant or manger tried to get Fran to have some class and walk away. And, no, (can’t remember the announcers name) it’s not really funny. It was like, freaking juvenile.

Exactly. Rams abound to butt horns. That can’t become something allowable in sports. Lol. Plus, it was just cringey. I understand it being funny in a way, but that exact interaction usually leads to nothing good.

Yeah, I would certainly agree with that. Definite outlier.
I thought what Fran did was great - show the refs how you feel without being abusive… The refs have been terrible this game - so many obvious calls missed. Refs have almost zero accountability. Why should coaches and players have to answer to the media when they struggle but not refs?
Wouldn’t it be crazy if Iowa somehow came back and won this! Down 7 with 38.7 seconds. We’ve seen it before.
