Will we avoid Bo and friends because this is a special event game? I’m still flabbergasted at how the B1G refs showed up in midseason form, and that’s not even including the THREE double techs (which is a terrific way to admit you can’t ref a game).

There’s technically no such thing as a conference ref in basketball. The refs generally stick to a geographical footprint so you do still see the same refs popping up in the various conferences but they aren’t beholden to that . Though last year the B1G did do that basically due to COVID, but other conferences did not, not even the P12. So I’m curious if they will continue to keep their unofficial partnership with Boroski, Carstensen, Scirotto, et al.

Minnesota up 20-11 against a borderline top 100 WKU team so far. Looks like Jamison Battle is good, the rest of the team not so much.

I wish the Big 10 Network would take some of that cash they rake in an upgrade 80 percent of their on air talent.

Yes, Michigan State is dominating in every other stat but they are playing a team that is just not good. No, it’s worse than that, Western is very bad. Right now this game is so out of hand that if I were a State fan, or a Western fan, for that matter, I’d be really afraid someone is gonna get hurt! This game is CRAZY!
