Rats! I had just before halftime (19:06) in the pool.
Still alive in Davison’s first “dirty shot to the cojones” sweepstakes.

Loyer turning into a stud for Davidson would absolutely be delicious
Hoggard legitimately leveraging his size in this game
Hall grabbing the ref by the hips is uhhh, an interesting strategy
Still wild that Jalen Coleman-Lands was 7 when Kobe Bufkin was born, and both are playing college basketball
fouling Jalen Coleman-Lands is elder abuse
I’m legitimately shocked with how good Hoggard looks. I never thought he’d be these competent at any point after last season, especially not game 1 against Kansas in his Sophomore year.
That being said if Hoggard is the better PG all season long for MSU, I think that says bad things about their ceiling. His lack of athleticism and shooting makes him easier to game plan against, and if he does keep this level of play up, he moves up the scouting report and isn’t necessarily complicated to game plan against.
He would improve their defense over Walker though, right? There’s no comparison between the two physically
Wow, I assumed he was just old for his age or something but no, he actually started college in 2015.
He’s still had turnover issues though, right?
Yes, MSU doesn’t have the guy to build the offense around. Christie is missing a Dickinson. The rest of MSU’s team is complementary pieces. I’ll reserve judgement on Akins since he hasn’t played much
Hoggard situation feels a bit like fools’ gold to me.
Lot of EL people thought Hoggard has made biggest off season leap of anybody on roster.
Hoggard not exciting on the defensive end. He has limitations as a defender
Nebraska losing at the half to Western Illinois in the Kobe Webster Bowl
Remy Martin passed up a mostly open 3, passed the ball and drove to draw a foul once he got it back.
Bill Self with an incredible coaching job here. Or Bobby Hurley just that bad
Size wise, but Walker was the DPOY in his conference at NE. I’d guess he’s much quicker and better on the perimeter.
Izzo needs him to talk to Bingham
Ahh yes Bilas, that Michigan State DNA on full display inbounding the ball quickly after getting dunked on.
