Murray is terrific but Hawkins is getting absolutely embarrassed on defense.
Iowa a ton of fun to watch. They could potentially do well this year. They seem to have found something. They’re also road warriors.

It just goes to show when our team is playing well we can play with the best of them. Of course we can also look out of sorts at times too.
Cubelo is almost never the best player on the court or the worst player on the court, however he is always the most player on the court.

Up 6 at the half is a win for Iowa but man that’s rough after being up 15 with like 2:30 left

man that is just an awful end to the half for Iowa. 9-0 run for Illinois heading into the locker room. You would think a game where you score on 12 straight possessions you’d have a bigger cushion.
Good response by Illinois. They have all the momentum right now. Iowa going to have to use halftime to regroup.

Illinois losing or Rutgers getting the double bye is a win-win situation for however this second half goes imo.
